The St. James’ Youth Group is open to all youth in grades 6-12. We meet twice a month: on the second Sunday for a meeting and on the fourth Sunday of the month for a fellowship gathering (see link to schedule). Meetings include games, snacks, check-in time, and exploring our faith. Fellowship gatherings are a time to get together and just have fun, and have included bowling, ice skating, movie night, and hiking to name a few.
Youth also participate in many of the events offered by the Diocese of Maryland including Bishop Unplugged and Happening and New Beginnings retreats (see the link below for the full schedule).
In the past youth have also participated in summer service trips, most recently to Texas and Kentucky.
