A Sabbatical Prayer

Guide us, Lord, as we all journey through the months ahead together. Help us to walk trustingly in faith with our parish family and to serve one another humbly. May we always be aware of your presence and direction in all we do. Be with Kristin+, Zachary, and Jasper and give them joy and contentment as they travel, and return them safely to us. Amen.

Fall Kick Off is Just Around the Corner Courtesy of the Lily Foundation Grant, St. James’ Fall Kick Off is on Sunday, September 11th. We will return to two worship services and move indoors. You won’t want to miss our special fellowship after each service. After the 8:30 am service we will enjoy decadent dessert pastries from a Mt. Airy favorite, Cle Doree. Catered deli sandwiches, cookies and ice cream will be served after the 10:30 am service. Register your kiddos for Sunday School while you’re here. Please make sure you sign up so we order enough goodies. This is our last sabbatical event until we celebrate the return of Kristin+, Zachary, and Jasper on October 9th!
