Outreach

Daughters of the King

An Order for laywomen of the Episcopal Church

It is a joy to know that we now have opportunities to worship together, either at 8:30 a.m. in the sanctuary with masks (limited seating) or at 10:30 a.m. in the Memorial Garden with music (and lawn chairs).  In addition, the 8:30 service will be live streamed to Facebook.

Speaking of joy…..families are making plans for summer gatherings and vacations.  A message in a meditation booklet, 60 Days of Prayer, reads:  “A key to positive change is to let more joy into your life.  Each day look for opportunities for laughter and joy.  Let go of any negative feelings holding you back and leap into an exciting new world of delightful possibility.  Believe that His mighty power is at work in your life.”  (Psalm 94:19)

The Daughters of the King continue to pray for our parish family:
Karen Dulany, Joan Fader, Margaret Neff, Peg Pelch
