Scouting America Troop 829
No Scout Left Behind
Our Family troop accepts all youth from 11-17. The troop is scout-led, focusing on developing youth leadership by giving scouts responsibility for managing many of their activities. We are the only Mount Airy based combined troop serving both boys and girls in a single unit..

Our Astronauts-in-Training have been learning about God’s beautiful creation. Amongst all the activities and astronomic snacks, they have been working very hard to put together a special showcase for you. Please stay after the 9:30 service this Sunday and meet our Astronauts and Mission Specialists, who will have their projects on display.
